Job Description

Position: Manager, Convention Services
Department: Convention Services (02)
Exemption Status: Exempt
Position Reports to: Director, Convention Services and Vice President, Convention Services

General Description

The Manager, Convention Services is the liaison between the sales department, membership, associations, and
the public sector to ensure the satisfaction and return of groups to Atlanta in the future. The manager works
with confirmed business utilizing a minimum of 250 room nights on peak.

Primary Responsibilities

Sites & Services

Serve as an Atlanta subject matter expert and a liaison between meeting planners, hospitality industry
partners/members and other external resources, this may include:
