Join the Parkinson’s Foundation for the “2022 Care Partner Summit: Southeast” taking place on Saturday, November 5 at Roam Perimeter Center in Atlanta and online via Zoom. During the program, we will provide tools and resources to help make life better for care partners and their loved ones with Parkinson’s disease. The Summit will focus on how to manage evolving roles and identity as well as thinking changes in Parkinson’s. Breakfast and lunch will be served. This event is free and recommended for anyone caring for someone living with Parkinson's disease, including spouses, partners, children, friends and healthcare providers.
