Atlanta’s esteemed Atlas restaurant invites you to experience its next installment of the Four Hands Collaboration Dinners, beginning Wednesday, Nov. 16 and happening each night through Friday, Nov. 18, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. This installment of the series features Michelin Star Chef Nicolai Tram from Knystaforsen in Sweden.
Culinary Director Freddy Money will collaborate with Chef Tram for three nights of culinary artistry, featuring a taste of the forests of Sweden, with each course highlighting the freshest ingredients from the natural surroundings.
