During this immersive sound experience, I will be featuring relaxing sounds from quartz crystal and Tibetan singing bowls as well as other instruments. This Sound Bath experience is designed to influence the body’s natural healing, emotionally and physically. The benefits of sound therapy may include relief from stress and anxiety, improved sleep, peace of mind and mental clarity, emotional healing and release, and deeper spiritual connection.
The Sound Bath is located on the beautiful Lake Claire Community Land Trust. The Land Trust is a 1.7 acre neighborhood-based nonprofit dedicated to preserving green space. 50% of the proceeds will go to the nonprofit. Buy tix on Eventbrite.
