Boone’s invites guests to an exclusive Opus One Wine & Cocktail Dinner on February 27th, at 6:30 p.m. Bringing an exceptional night of food and wine, Boone’s will showcase a five-course menu celebrating local ingredients, designed to complement Opus One’s acclaimed wines along with a selection of cocktails. Guests will begin the evening with a Seafood Tart with Arugula Salad, a bright and refined opening, and the journey continues with dishes like Braised Pork Caramelle and Filet Mignon with Confit Fingerling Potatoes. The experience concludes with a Chocolate Clafoutis by Executive Chef Jonathan St. Hilaire of The Mission Bakery, a rich and elegant ending to an unforgettable night.
