Join Brassica at The Waldorf Astoria on Wednesday, March 22 for a 5-course dining experience paired alongside Dalmore Whisky. Enjoy exquisite dishes curated by executive chef Christopher Le Metayer while indulging in 12, 15 and 18-year-old Dalmore lines of whisky. Begin your evening with Lobster Bisque and Seared Foie Gras before diving into Braised Lamb Shank. Cap off your meal with a Semi-Sweet Chocolate Tart Ganache, however, the true finale to this luxurious dining experience will be a Cohiba Cigar paired with Dalmore Cigar Malt.
