From 6:30-9:30 p.m., the Buckhead eatery commemorates the event with a suckling pig taco bar boasting mojo and sour orange suckling pig taco plates (3 tacos for $22) and a garnish station with tomatillo, salsa verde, cilantro, onions, radishes, and cotija cheese.
Other festivities include a DJ and a tequila tasting and education station where guests receive one complimentary visit with an entrée purchase. There is no cover charge to attend the celebration, and Chido & Padre’s also will serve its regular dinner menu during the event.
