Roll up your sleeves and get ready to learn the craft of making Asian Fusion Dumplings with Chef Chazzy at our West Midtown Greenhouse location!

In this hands-on and interactive class, you will be guided step-by-step through refining your knife skills, preparing dumpling fillings, and learning the art of folding dumplings into various traditional shapes.

We will be making sesame ginger chicken dumplings, and a mushroom dumpling option will be available for vegetarians.

No experience is required! Cocu Social provides all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, especially if you’re part of a large group. Guests will work in groups throughout the class, sharing equipment and ingredients. Booking parties will sit together. Outside drinks are not allowed. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. 21+ only.
