Love tiny houses? Wonder what it's like to live in a tiny house neighborhood? Join MODA and Microlife Institute for an in-depth, 60-minute tour of the Institute's pilot project, the Cottages on Vaughan in Clarkston led by Executive Director Will Johnston. Enjoy an introductory lesson on micro spaces and the design principles behind "pocket neighborhoods." Following the discourse, participants will be invited to grab a glass of wine or Tip Top cocktail while enjoying visits to the Cottages. Chat with the homeowners and get a firsthand feel for living in a micro home!
