Get to know cuts of pork from the inside-out. During this interactive demonstration, Rusty will break down a whole pig from Riverview Farms while explaining various cuts of meat and the nuances of butchery here at the Big Green Egg Culinary Center
This class runs from 5:30PM - 8:30PM, class attendees will get to enjoy a sampling of many of the cuts he shared during the demonstration and then cooked on a Big Green Egg, accompanied with some traditional Southern Side Dishes.
