A Repair Cafe is an event where you can bring worn down and broken items from your home (clothing, bikes, electronics, jewelry and more!) and local experts will try to fix them with you. It's a great program that disrupts the consumption and waste cycles, connects neighbors to local businesses, and saves families money. This event is hosted by Community Health Aligning Revitalization Resilience & Sustainability (CHARRS) and is FREE for everyone on April 22 at The Home Depot Backyard. There will be other events happening at the same time, as well as food trucks, music, a playground, and a large lawn to relax on. We hope to see you there!
