Atlanta’s esteemed Atlas restaurant invites you to experience its next installment of the Four Hands Collaboration Dinners, beginning Wednesday, Oct. 5 and happening each night through Saturday, Oct. 8, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. This installment of the series features 2 Michelin Star Chef Kirk Westaway from JAAN in Singapore. Chef Kirk is a multi-award winning and internationally renowned chef, known as one of the most dynamic, creative and celebrated maestros on the Michelin star dining scene.
