For this year's ELEVATE, the City of Atlanta's Public Art Program is launching a temporary sculpture program that will place artwork in Freedom Park. These artworks will be rotated annually to allow new work to be shown for the ELEVATE Atlanta Public Art Festival. This year visitors to the park will enjoy beautiful works by artists Andrew Crawford, David Landis, Gabi Madrid, Sara Santamaria, Tony Loadholt, Julia Hill, and Phil Proctor.
