Demonstration at DoMA

Join Chef Naina Bhedwar, an expert on all-things spiced, on Wednesday, May 10th from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. for a cooking demonstration and tasting at Distillery of Modern Art. Spotlighting an array of Indian street food, chef Bhedwar will guide attendees through an interactive class packed with tips and tricks about the inner workings of Indian cooking techniques. Throughout the evening, food lovers can indulge in Indian inspired hummus, crudites, Dahi Papdi Chaat, lovingly nicknamed Indian Nachos, and Bhapa Doi, a cardamom-infused dessert of sweet yogurt with glazed berries. All dishes will be paired with a featured a cocktail made from Distillery of Modern Art’s in-house spirits.
