Hosted by the Les Dames d’Escoffier Atlanta Chapter, “Perfect Pairings” is scheduled for Thursday, September 26th from 6:30 – 9:00. Our event will feature 14 chef-driven food and education stations, each perfectly paired with a beverage. The education includes savory truffles, oysters, and our Georgia favorite – Sweet Grass Dairy cheese. Our Perfect Pairings fundraiser will benefit LDEI Atlanta Scholarship and Grant fund.
