Join Uptown for Live! on The Lawn on Saturday, October 15 for an all-day extravaganza celebrating the grand opening of The Lawn.
From 10 to 11 a.m, kick off Live! on the Lawn and join Uptown yoga instructor Priscila Baptista as she flows through 108 sun salutations, and Namaste after the class for a healing sound bath. From noon to 7 p.m. grab a taste at Chefs on the Lawn, with a variety of delicious culinary concepts. Be sure to bring the kiddos too and enjoy children’s performers and DIY seasonal crafts throughout the day. In the afternoon, watch the mystifying Virginia Highland Plein Air Painters perform, enjoy a hilarious comedy performance by Whole World Improv and sway to live music.
