The Jennifer Balcos Gallery will be hosting a champagne toast with live painting + artist talk with Jeffrey Wilcox Paclipan. Jeff is a multidisciplinary processed based artist compelled to create objects with marginalized or discarded materials inbued with greater meaning. His development as am artist has followed the same path as his ongoing quest to coherently embrace his definition of self. Jeff was born in the Philippines and currently resides in College Park, GA.
