Mother’s Day Tour: Atlanta Beltline Eastside Trail

Celebrate Mothers Day 2025 on a spring stroll through Atlanta’s urban forest with Trees Atlanta! Trees Atlanta’s Executive Director, Greg Levine, will lead a special tour of the Atlanta Beltline Arboretum Eastside Trail. Starting at the Carter Center, visit the newly planted Rosalyn Carter buckeye grove - 100 plus bottlebrush buckeye planted in her honor. Then have the opportunity to check out President Carter’s 100th birthday tree. After leaving the Carter Center, take a short walk to Freedom Park to see the trees planted by Trees Atlanta volunteers.
