A night of bourbon & BBQ, celebrating the launch of South City Kitchen’s bourbon barrel in partnership with American Spirit Works, which will be available at all restaurants! Enjoy a full BBQ spread including classic smoked hog, cured & smoked pork belly, Texas-style beef tri-tip steak, grilled andouille sausage, sweet tea smoked chicken & house-made “head to tail” cheese (with the whole spread of sauces: sweet red, Alabama white, North Carolina vinegar + Carolina gold mustard). Plus: biscuits, cornbread, pickled veggies, a choice of salads (including greens + fingerling potato) & bourbon-glazed banana cream donuts with candied bacon crumble for dessert. Sip on a “It Had to Be You” cocktail (the featured bourbon, sherry, chartreuse & cacao).
Last – but not least – a bourbon tasting flight with different ASW bourbons! Tickets are $90 per person.
