We are excited to announce the South Georgia Ruck, a community-focused 5K ruck event taking place on Saturday, March 15, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Vashti campus, hosted by Crossfit Townie.
Designed for both newcomers and seasoned ruckers, the South Georgia Ruck invites participants to experience the unique combination of fitness, camaraderie, and community spirit that rucking offers. First-time ruckers will have the chance to walk alongside experienced enthusiasts who will cheer them on every step of the way.
