Join us at CMoA, as we celebrate the contributions of four extraordinary African American women. "Hidden Figures" by Margot Lee Shetterly tells the story of how Katherine Johnson, Dorothy Vaughan, Mary Jackson, and Christine Darden overcame obstacles as women of color and helped send man to the moon in 1969. There will be an activity ideal for children ages 6-12 after the reading, and families are invited to explore the museum and its Apollo 11, exhibit featuring an almost life-size lunar lander replica. Free with museum admission. Visit our website to plan your visit and for more information.
Adult $15, Child 4-17 $10, Child
