Join us on Sundays to deepen your meditation practice and be a part of a like-minded community. In our practice, gaining merit is a path to giving and receiving positivity. Merit can be summed up into three basic practices: generosity, keeping the 5 precepts, and meditation. Each Sunday we have the opportunity to participate in all 3 practices. By following these practices we can cultivate good deeds and merit into our lives.
