With the craft beer scene taking the country by storm in the last decade, the art of pairing has reached a whole new level, with barriers being broken, and beer taking a seat at the table right next to wine. Pairing food with any beverage is a welcomed practice to our Epicurean endeavors, and just like wine pairing, beer pairing is an art that stems from knowing your flavors, and how to complement and work together to accentuate both the beverage and the bite. But, which pairing – beer or wine – is preferred? Join us in the Epicurean Theatre to settle the debate during a guided 3-course exploration of wine, beer, and food pairings! Tickets are $75 per person.
