The Carlos Museum is offering free admission on June 19 in honor of Juneteenth, July 17, and August 21. Members of the public may visit free of charge.
Free admission to the museum allows visitors to experience the permanent collection galleries as well as the special exhibition Indigo Prayers: A Creation Story.
Indigo Prayers: A Creation Story, is a collection of work from local Atlanta artist Charmaine Minniefield inspired by her time searching for her grandmother's ancestral lines in the Gambia, West Africa. Indigo Prayers will be on view at the Carlos now through September 11.
Masks are optional in the museum in accordance with Emory University's current Visitor Policy.
