Russian-American pianist Elena Dorozhkina and Belgian-American soprano Francisca Maxwell will perform a program entitled “The songs of the seasons”. The program consists of songs through which the seasons of the year and love feelings are expressed. We will perform songs by Russian, German, and French composers: A. Gretchaninov, A. Arenskiy, Tchaikovsky, R. Glier, N. Methner, N. Rimsky-Korsakov, S. Rachmaninov, C. Chaminade, G. Faure, P. R. Strauss, J. Massenet, J. Brahms, and A. Berg.
About: The soprano-piano duet has originated in 2019. Their collaboration have brought them to perform in Spivey Hall, Valdosta State University, Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville.
