The Wake is back by popular demand. And a wee bit of Irish luck.
A young funeral director tries to bring new customs to a traditional Irish wake. Finn’s old cronies will have none of it. They’re going to stay until the sun comes up - or somebody’s going down. Tissues on the table, whiskey on the bar. By the end of a long night of music and mayhem, they’ll all agree on one thing. No one leaves without leaving something behind.
Sunday evenings in August are going to be lively evenings at the Shakespeare Tavern Playhouse - on the stage and in the audience. You don't have to wear your Sunday best, but a thick skin might come in handy.
