Join the Level3 Yoga team for a yoga in the park class, with DJ SK1! We're taking over Historic Old Fourth Ward Park for an sunset yoga class. Explore the fundamental postures of yoga, set to heavy bass hip hop/r&b/soul music playlists. "Trap Yoga in the Park" is an all-levels, beginner-friendly class where we will vibe and connect to your breath through intention.
2023 SCHEDULE:
Sunday, May 7th - First Sunday Kids Corner (Class led by Audrey, with Que'Ana leading the kids)
Sunday, May 14th - Class led by Audrey
Sunday, May 21st - Soundbath Sunday (40-minute class led by Zayed, 20-minute soundbath led by Diamond)
There is no class on Sunday, May 28, July 2, and September 3.
