Menu includes an appetizer platter with Semolina Fried Oysters and Vidalia Onion Marmalade, Pan-Seared Crab Cakes and Georgia Caviar Tzatziki, Poached Jumbo Shrimp with Harissa, Yogurt and Coriander. A choice of Braised Short Rib with African Squash Risotto and Grilled Oyster Mushrooms or Roasted Salmon with Fennel, White Beans, Basil Pistou and preserved lemon for the main event, and a delectable selection of sweet delights. Reservations include a glass of Champagne per guest. $75 per person + tax and gratuity.
