Voice: A Night
of Spoken Word

Join us at the Lakeside Pavilion for a cozy fireside evening of spoken word featuring some of the southeast’s most inspiring storytellers and poets. Our host is our good friend Jon Goode, the Emmy-nominated author, poet and playwright. Also featured are: Ashlee Haze, one of the most accomplished poets in the sport of poetry slam who recently appeared on NPR’s Tiny Desk series alongside Queen & Slim composer Blood Orange; Adan Bean, a 2019 TEDx speaker and 2017 National Poetry Slam song winner; and Renita Walls, poet, storyteller and nurse.
