Head to the Northeast section of the Atlanta BeltLine trail. Learn about trees, birds and the history of Ansley Park and surrounding neighborhoods. This Arboretum Walking Tour starts in Piedmont Park near the new "chimney swift tower" and passes by Ansley Park, one of Atlanta's oldest neighborhoods. The tree canopy in this section of the Atlanta BeltLine Arboretum includes mature trees and discrete waterways that create habitats enjoyed by wildlife.
We will see a variety of plant life and bird life on this walk which is approximately 2.4 miles long. The trail is partially paved/partially gravel with some sections in full sun so bring sun protection. There are no restrooms along this tour.
