Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau Launches Free Shuttle for Visitors during FIFA World Cup 2026™

Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau (ACVB) launched the Discover ATL Hop & Ride Free Shuttle, a complimentary transportation service designed to help visitors and residents experience the city’s intown neighborhoods, cultural institutions and world-class attractions during FIFA World Cup 2026™. Operating through July 15, 2026, the shuttle provides access to local sites and encourages exploration of Atlanta beyond the tournament.
The shuttle runs on a continuous loop every 30-45 minutes. Designated shuttle hubs are located at Ponce City Market, South Downtown and Woodruff Arts Center, where staff are available to assist riders. Additional stops along the route include The Krog District, which sits on Atlanta Beltline Eastside Trail, and Little Five Points, offering convenient pick-up and drop-off service without on-site staff. Once aboard, shuttle ambassadors share local insights that highlight the city’s art, culture, dining and entertainment scenes.
“Atlanta’s hospitality community is thrilled to welcome visitors from across the globe to our city for FIFA World Cup 2026™,” said Sheretha Bell, senior vice president, marketing and brand strategy, ACVB. “We want visitors to truly experience Atlanta while they’re here by making it easy to explore some of the city’s most popular destinations.”
The Discover ATL Hop & Ride Free Shuttle was developed in partnership with MARTA, Ponce City Market, The Krog District, Little Five Points and Woodruff Arts Center. For operating hours, reservations and detailed stop information, visit discoveratlanta.com/freeculturalshuttle.
