My name is Sydney and I am a volunteer helping The South Atlantans for Neighborhood Development (SAND) with Benteen Park Fall Fest taking place this Saturday October 28th in Benteen Park. The sister festival to Ormewood Park Makers Festival in the spring, the aim for the fall fest is to continue fundraising efforts for SAND that are all put back into improving the neighborhood and helping our neighbors.
We estimate we will see ~1500 neighbors to peruse our artist market, food vendors, connect with non-profits, stay for our music stage which will feature 8-10 different music acts, Halloween costume contest for kids, and more. Would you be interested in helping us cover this event further?
