Prepare for a chef-inspired pre-fixe dining experience at Brassica this Christmas Eve. Begin the meal with Lobster Bisque, Duck Confit Cocotte or Heirloom Tomato and Eggplant Terrine before feasting on main courses like Oven-Roasted Herb-Crusted Prime Rib, Seared Halibut with Forbidden Rice or Butternut Squash Ravioli. For a delicious, festive dinner finale, guests can choose between a Chocolate Buttercream Yule Log or a Pistachio and Raspberry Macaron Tree while anticipating the most magical day of the year.
