Celebrate Easter at Brassica, the Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead’s signature restaurant, with a seasonally inspired three-course prix-fixe brunch menu. Begin the meal with an amuse-bouche offering before selecting an individual appetizer, entree, and dessert. Appetizers include Garden Pea Fresh Goat Cheese Tart and Fork Smashed Hot Smoked Salmon, and the main course features 7 Hour Lamb Thigh Roasted Rack, vegetarian Green Pea Risotto and more. Guests will receive their sides family-style, and two dessert options are available to conclude the afternoon. Two seatings will take place at 12:00 and 2:30 p.m., costing $120 per person plus tax and gratuity.
