In celebration of the holiday season, Uptown Atlanta is offering Gifts of Yoga, a new, free three-week yoga class series taught by certified Yogi Priscila Baptista. The classes, which will be hosted on Dec. 20, Dec. 27 and Jan. 3, will focus on the gifts that yoga brings during the holiday season: flexibility, strength, balance and relaxation. Free registration for each session is now open.
All skill levels are welcome to participate. Class size is limited to 40 participants and registration for the event is necessary to ensure a spot. Each session will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. and classes will take place at the Wellness Center within Uptown Towers.
