Gunshow invites guests to meet Karen Akunowicz for the launch of her new cookbook “Crave, Bold Recipes That Make You Want Seconds." The event will features small bites from the book and all guests will receive a signed copy to take home.
Akunowicz’s new cookbook features vibrant dishes showcasing her career and rise as one of America's brightest culinary stars. Foodies may recall her from 2015 when she became a fan-favorite on Bravo’s Emmy-nominated "Top Chef." She offers a unique take on cooking many different cuisines including Italian, Middle Eastern, Chinese, Taiwanese and Southeast Asian and presents an engaging style of teaching.
