This lecture conducted by Jeanette Favrot Peterson, research professor and professor emeritus in History of Art and Architecture at University of California Santa Barbara, and Molly H. Bassett, associate professor of Religious Studies at Georgia State University shed light on the rich cultural tapestry of pre-Columbian Mesoamerica, challenging Western-centric interpretations and offering a more nuanced understanding of Moteuczoma II and the Mexica civilization. This program is free and open to the public, and registration is required.
