Celebrates Black History

In conjunction with Hapeville’s fourth annual Black History Month Celebration, the City of Hapeville will showcase original work by local Black artists, with art on display at the Hapeville Depot Museum and live performances at Academy Theatre during a concurrent opening reception from 2 to 6 p.m. on February 17. This event is organized around the theme of “Multitudes: Celebrating the Depth, Breadth and Diversity of the African American Experience” and will explore various modes of artistic expression and perspectives. Don’t miss this free event celebrating Black history through art. Artwork will remain on display at the Depot Museum through March 9.
