Spectacular Concert

As part of its community outreach programs, the Atlanta Wind Symphony will perform a first-ever joint concert with the North Georgia Youth Wind Symphony. Selections include Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue with Dr. Alexander Wasserman, piano, Donald Grantham's Southern Harmony, and John Williams' Harry's Wonderous World and Summon the Heroes. The Atlanta Wind Symphony, under the direction of Dr. David Kehler, is in its 44th season as an all-volunteer community wind ensemble dedicated to delivering inspiring performances of quality wind band literature. The North Georgia Youth Wind Symphony, co-directed by Mr. Dennis Naughton and Dr. Kerry Bryant, hosted its inaugural season in the fall of 2023.
