Outdoor Yoga Flow
in 10th Street Park

Come FLOW with us outside at 10th Street Park! Bring your own yoga mat and water. Happening Thursdays through October, 2023. This yoga practice will explore the dynamic connection of movement and breath with exercises focused on flexibility and strength. We will explore fun transitions and new poses each week, and our teacher may include breathwork, meditation, relaxation, and mindfulness lessons in each class. Ideal for beginners and long time practitioners alike. Your dog is also welcome but must be on leash and contained in your personal space, as to not disturb other yogis.
