Dinner at By George

The Rialto Center for the Arts is partnering with its downtown neighbor By George at The Candler Hotel for a special pre-show prix fixe menu on February 10. Organized in conjunction with the historic venue’s 8 p.m. Peabo Bryson concert, the hotel’s fine dining restaurant By George will present a special three-course prix fixe menu from 4 to 6p.m. The menu, priced at $80 per person, features a carefully curated selection of dishes including a bread service, lobster bisque, The Candler Salad, seared salmon, surf and turf, and red velvet cake.
