In this workshop, we will explore the beauty of nature through ecopoetry! We will use words to express our connection with the environment and its inhabitants. Through writing exercises and discussion, we will discover how ecopoetry can inspire us. By the end of the workshop, you will have written your own ecopoems that celebrate the natural world and its wonders.
Our Scribes writing workshops for middle-grade students (grades 5-8) are led by professional local writers, and each explores a unique topic, from writing basics to journalism to poetry.
