DaVita is back on the road, offering free health screenings and kidney care education in communities across the U.S., including in the Atlanta community. Through the nationwide DaVita Health Tour, we hope to increase kidney health awareness and education while bringing free health screenings to as many people as possible. Join us during our stop in the Atlanta community to receive a quick, free health screenings to asses common risk factors for kidney disease. The screenings and education provided through the tour are designed to help identify potential kidney disease risk factors, such as diabetes, hypertension (high blood pressure) and obesity. No appointment needed.
