Celebrate Valentine’s Day at Distillery of Modern Art’s cooking demonstration and tasting on Wednesday, February 14, 2024 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Led by chef Naina Bhedwar, an expert on all-things spiced, food lovers will be treated to an interactive class packed with tips and tricks to make two globally-inspired delicious dishes that are sure to make the pickiest of eaters swoon. On the menu, Bhedwar will demonstrate how to make a roasted beet, spiced feta and walnut tart and chai-ramisu— a spiced tea infused take on the classic dessert. Each dish will be beautifully paired with two expertly crafted cocktails created using Distillery of Modern Art’s award-winning spirits.
