Safety Measures

The museum is now 100% cash-less. All transactions will require a credit card Plexi-sneeze guards have been installed at Security and the Membership Desk 13 hand sanitizing stations are available in the Museum 5 cleaning stations for guests ​are available throughout the Museum Recommended capacity is posted in each area of the Museum Everyone in your family ages two (2) years and up must commit to properly wearing a Museum approved face mask during your 2-hour session. Members & guests ages two (2) years and older not able to properly wear a mask for any reason should wait to visit the Museum when masks are no longer required. Purchase your tickets online before coming to the Museum Members, reserve your free tickets online Arrive within the timed play sessions you chose when purchasing your tickets Bring your masks! ALL members & guests ages two (2) years and older are required to wear a Museum approved face mask from the time you enter the building until the time you exit the building. Strict adherence is required, no exceptions will be made. Members & Guests not properly wearing an approved face mask may be asked to leave. Stroller parking space has been increased and spread throughout the Museum The Museum Store has been moved to make more room for social distancing Lockers have been temporarily taken off the floor and are not available at this time Due to the tight space and inability to allow for social distancing, the Climber and the Globe are currently not accessible to guests Museum staff will make regular mask announcements throughout your session

Children's Museum of Atlanta is a smart place to play, the only children's museum in Atlanta and the largest children's museum in Georgia. Discover the power of play through six permanent hands-on interactive learning zones and feature exhibits throughout the year. Located in the Centennial Park area of downtown Atlanta, we provide a family-friendly environment that allows children to use their imaginations and learn through play. We also offer party celebrations, field trips, summer camps, memberships and family reunions. Children's Museum of Atlanta offers unique space for facility rentals, special events and meetings. Children can enjoy special programming and live performances by the Imaginators, our professional actor-educators, and shop at the ONLY child-specific toy store in downtown Atlanta (paid admission not required to shop).
