Pre-show Attendance Building
You will receive complimentary access to Atlanta’s images, videos and promotional copy for your pre-meeting publicity efforts. In addition, ACVB’s public relations team can help craft a tailored media relations program for your meeting. Our destination services and marketing teams offer a variety of promotional tools, including ePostcards and maps, Atlanta booth displays, promotional brochures and a specialized attendee website.
Welcome Services
Atlanta rolls out the red carpet for its meeting attendees. Your attendees will be greeted by Atlanta Ambassadors and receive welcome letters from the mayor, governor and president of Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau.
