From facility consultations to site inspections of hotels and off-site venues, we ensure your meeting needs are met. Among our services, we send RFPs on behalf of the meeting planner to ACVB member suppliers, provide convention housing services and overflow housing assistance and arrange pre-convention meetings with hotels, convention centers and public safety officials.

Planner’s timeline

Use our Planner’s Timeline as a resource to help you fully utilize ACVB’s services as you prepare for your meeting. You’ll find suggested monthly action items leading up to your event that will set the foundation for increased attendance and facilitate seamless coordination with local hospitality partners.

Accommodations and facilities arrangements

We partner with hotel properties and meeting facilities throughout Atlanta, as well as select resorts throughout Georgia, for meetings as small as 10 rooms or as large as thousands. Start your search for the perfect Atlanta meeting venue.

From Atlanta party caterers to audiovisual equipment and tent rentals, everything you need to plan your Atlanta event is at your fingertips.

Convention housing

ACVB can attend to every housing need you may have with one call to our partner, EventSphere. EventSphere offers online reservations, event management, onsite fulfillment and other services.

Pre-show attendance building

You will receive complimentary access to Atlanta’s images, videos and promotional copy for your pre-meeting publicity efforts. In addition, ACVB’s public relations team can help craft a tailored media relations program for your meeting. Our convention services and marketing teams offer a variety of promotional tools, including ePostcards and maps, Atlanta booth displays, promotional brochures and a specialized attendee website.

Welcome services

Atlanta rolls out the red carpet for its meeting attendees. Your attendees will be greeted by Atlanta Ambassadors and receive welcome letters from the mayor, governor and president of Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau.

Visitor Information Center

We operate a Visitor Information Center conveniently located at Centennial Olympic Park. Our highly-trained Atlanta CVB staff and volunteers will provide additional assistance to your attendees, including last-minute hotel and restaurant reservations, directions, guidebooks and maps, and even help building an itinerary for things to do during your visit.
