Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau Announces Daniel Treuman as National Sales Manager

Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau (ACVB) announces Daniel Treuman’s transition from destination services executive to national sales manager, citywide support and development, East Coast. In his new role, Treuman is responsible for promoting and selling Atlanta as a premier destination for conventions, trade shows and group meetings requiring 400-999 rooms on peak night.
Treuman joined ACVB in 2023 as a destination services executive, where he served as a liaison between meeting planners, ACVB’s internal departments and its members to help ensure successful programs in Atlanta. During his time with destination services, he supported some of the city’s largest conventions and events, including the American College of Cardiology Scientific Session and the International Fresh Produce Association’s Global Produce & Floral Show, as well as premier sporting events such as the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl, SEC Football Championship Game and 2025 College Football Playoff National Championship.
Prior to ACVB, Treuman spent six years with Marriott International, serving as senior event manager at both Atlanta Marriott Marquis and Renaissance Atlanta Waverly Hotel & Convention Center.
Treuman is a lifelong Georgia resident, earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and is an Atlanta-area native, bringing a deep personal connection to the destination he now represents. His career has centered on creating memorable experiences for meeting professionals and their attendees, and he is excited to continue that work by helping bring new meetings and events to his hometown.
