Join Sake Samurai Marcus V Pakiser and Southern Belle / Georgia Boy on Wednesday March 20th from 6-7pm as we embark on a Sake journey like no other! Enjoy a selection of 4 very different Sakes paired with charcuterie style snacks meant to showcase the versatility of Sake and food. Marcus has been in the Sake industry for 31 years, starting as a Sake Brewer in both Japan and the US. He was awarded the title of “Sake Samurai” in 2015 by the Japan Sake and Shochu Association, a title held by only 80 people in the world. He’s also been teaching WSET Sake Level 3 since 2015 and became a Master Sake Sommelier in 2023, passing the Sake Scholar Course.
