Know Your Worth: A
Musical Adventure

This Saturday we’re giving our Know Your Worth Workshop at the Dogwood Library! This experience is designed for youth K-12 and our purpose is to promote mental wellness and self-worth using the power of music.During our workshop we set up our mobile studio and start off with a violin serenade! We then move on to storytelling over beats. Topics we cover during the workshop are how to love yourself unconditionally and how to maintain your inner peace. Next we go over how to use powerful statements to keep a positive dialogue within our minds and use these as lyrics to song we make together from scratch.
