Le Bon Nosh’s Chef-Founder Forough Vakili is teaming up with Dan Pashman, the two-time James Beard Award-winning host of The Sporkful podcast and creator of the viral pasta shape sensation cascatelli, to host a one-time pasta class at 6:30pm on Monday, March 25 in celebration of his new cookbook, Anything’s Pastable: 81 Inventive Pasta Recipes for Saucy People (William Morrow/HarperCollins).
Beginning at 6:30pm, the pasta class will welcome participants to get hands on and learn how to make cavatelli pasta and a sauce to pair from Dan’s cookbook. Following the lessons, participants will enjoy a three-course meal featuring a Market Salad, Cavatelli with roasted artichokes & preserved lemon.
